1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payments via PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna (buy now, pay later).

2. How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 2–5 business days

  • Canada & Mexico: 5–8 business days (max 14 days)

A tracking number will be provided with every order.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges.
Please follow our official Return & Refund Policy for detailed steps. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within the return window.

4. My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, processing begins and changes are no longer possible. For urgent edits, email us as soon as possible.

6. I received a faulty or wrong item – what should I do?
We’re truly sorry! Please send us photos and details within 7 days of receiving the item. We'll offer a replacement or refund.
