Swanora – Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Swanora , we are committed to providing high-quality products crafted with care and attention to detail. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to assist you fairly and transparently.

1. Right to Return

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, including change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition
In the original packaging, with tags and seals intact
Reported to us within 14 days of receipt via our Contact Page

2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will:

Provide a return shipping address based on the product’s country of origin (e.g., USA, Japan, EU)
Issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
Refund the original payment method (excluding shipping, unless the return is due to our error)
Note: We do not accept returns at our company office, as inventory is not stored on-site. All returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer or supplier

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

The item is a custom-made or personalized product
The return is requested after 14 days
The item was used, worn, or damaged after delivery

4. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or size, please place a new order after your return is approved.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged in transit
Defective or malfunctioning
Not the item you ordered

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue quickly, including replacement or full refund where applicable.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item), we cover return shipping costs
For all other cases (including change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping
