Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Swanora LLC we are committed to delivering premium products that meet the highest standards of quality and design. We stand behind each item we offer. However, if an issue arises with your order, our return policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Eligible Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date strictly under the following conditions:

The item was received damaged

The item is defective or faulty

The item is significantly not as described

The wrong item was delivered (completely different from what was ordered)
To qualify, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original packaging, with all tags and labels intact

Returned via our official return request process through our Contact Page
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Change of mind, color, or size preference

Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Items returned outside the 30-day return period
Custom or personalized orders are made to your specifications and therefore are non-refundable. If a deposit was made for a custom item and production has started, the deposit is non-recoverable.
3. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If the return is denied, we will notify you and provide options for return or disposal
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges for size, color, or style changes. If you would like to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

In all other cases, returns are not accepted
