Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Calculated Rates: For some international orders, calculated shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 25 business days, depending on the destination.
Please Note: Your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes (including VAT),
which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. Swanora is not responsible for
these charges—they are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for most eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in unused, original condition
The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
