Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Information
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from our partner warehouses in the USA, EU, and Asia. Orders are routed to the closest available warehouse when possible.
USA & EU → Local shipping, no customs fees.
Asia (e.g. Singapore, Japan) → Local shipping, no customs fees.
International orders → Shipping times and fees vary.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the same region (e.g. USA to USA, EU to EU) do not incur customs fees.
For international orders, we ship DDP (duties & taxes prepaid) where available — including Canada, Australia, and Singapore. This means you pay no extra fees at delivery.

International shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by region and customs clearance)

💡 Free Shipping: Available on larger orders. Thresholds vary by region (e.g. CAD $100 in Canada, AUD $120 in Australia, SGD $100 in Singapore). The free shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
Customers may add Shipping Protection at checkout for $5.
Coverage includes:
Lost in transit (no updates for 14+ days) – ✅ Covered
Damaged during delivery – ✅ Covered
Marked as delivered but not received – ✅ Covered
Requirements:
Submit claim within 7 calendar days of delivery/expected delivery.
Provide order number and:
Clear photos (for damaged items), OR
Signed statement (for missing deliveries).
Limitations:
Claims may be declined if evidence is missing.
Claims not valid if tracking confirms delivery.
Claims after 7 days cannot be processed.
Shipping Protection is optional and non-refundable.
⚠️ We reserve the right to decline claims in cases of suspected abuse.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items.
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in original condition & packaging.
Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Procedure:
Contact us at info@swanora.us to request a return.
We will provide the appropriate return address (USA, EU, or Asia).
Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos.
We will resolve the issue with either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
